Had the worst service experience on Saturday. Dealership picked up my bike on Thursday for a rear tire change and oil change. Service advisor said bike would probably be ready for pickup Friday evening. I called Friday afternoon at 3pm to check on status and they hadnt even started on bike...seemed like they forgot about it. Service advisor said they were going to get it done at 4pm on Friday and it would be ready for pickup Saturday morning. I show up Saturday morning and find out they didnt work on my bike as promised and no one called to inform me. Had to wait over 3hrs on Saturday morning for them to change my tire and do the oil change. Again, terrible experience and a big waste of my time. Service advisor on Saturday was very apologetic which I did appreciate.
