Super Nice People and A Fun Place To Be
To Whom It May Concern: I started working in the automotive service industry in 1981 and I got my first Harley in 1982. So, Ive been riding and dealing with the public for a long time. The biggest downside that I see in current Harley dealerships is the constant turnover of employees. Seems like I am waited on by a new employee every time I walk through the doors. Employee turnover or the lack of is a strong indicator of a companys health. Secondly, I would recommend that the store start closing on Sundays. Everyone deserves a day off to spend with their family. Customers will adjust and older more experienced career workers who have families will become more available for employment. It would also help with public relations if the owner, general manager and other managers were seen on the floor more often. I believe that building a personal relationship between management and customers will help build a loyal customer base and increase floor sales. Finally, Id like to see benches and picnic tables in and around the store in shaded areas. After all, Savannah H-D is a great place to meet up and hang out with friends. So, a few chairs and a little bit of shade would be nice. Making people feel welcome is what Savannah H-D does best. Customers have a lot of choices as far as parts and accessories go but Savannah H-D is a destination where you can meet up with like-minded people and join in on a good time. Hence, everyone enjoys stopping by Savannah H-D so keep up the good work. Thanks, Joey Holloway (Employee: Lance Wade, Judy Tyson, Donna Miller, Robert Morabito, Richard Kasserman)
